This course is designed to provide students the abilities and self-assurance they need to produce polished presentations in academic and professional settings where English is the primary language of communication, such as conferences, seminars, poster presentations, etc. Students will become more self-assured, independent, and skilled English speakers as a result of the emphasis placed throughout the course on variety, language abilities, and a balance between input and practice. Activities for teaching and learning include presentations, discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and assignments.
